Refund and Returns
- You have the right to return the products you bought, free of charge and without having to tell us the reason why you want the products returned, within 14 working days from the date you receive the products. In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products will be borne by you.
- Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, ie they have not been unsealed or their packaging has been tampered with, along with the retail receipt or invoice.
- To avoid your own inconvenience, it is good to check carefully at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg wrong type, etc.).
- In case of return of the products and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and on the other hand the way their return will take place, your refund will be completed within 5 days from the date we receive the products.
To make a product change you must place a new order with the new product you wish to purchase and in the field of details (in filling in your details) you must indicate that it is a change of order with the number -X- which will correspond to your original order. In case the amount of the new product is smaller, a refund is made, in any other case the difference is paid.
Upon receipt and inspection of the product, the refund will be made within 7 working days. Detailed by case:
- Cash on delivery: Bank deposit of the purchase amount in an account (IBAN, Name of the Beneficiary) that will be indicated to us by the buyer via e-mail. The amount of cash on delivery given to the courier is not calculated in the refund.
- Debit or Credit Card: Direct reversal of the amount on the card used for the purchase.
